If you’ve made a purchase from our shop, you’re eligible to participate in our Customer Content Reward Program. It’s our way of giving back to the amazing family historians, researchers, and heritage lovers who bring our designs to life.

📸 What You Need to Do:

  1. Take a photo or video of yourself wearing your St. John Mercantile hoodie, shirt, or accessory.
  2. Post it publicly on your favorite social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or X/Twitter).
  3. Tag us in the post (so we can see it!) and use our hashtag: #StJohnMercantile
  4. Write a quick review on the product page and in your post caption telling others what you love about it.

🎁 What You’ll Get:

  • $5 Gift Card – when you share a clear photo + tag us + write a short review.
  • $10 Gift Card – when you share a short video (unboxing, styling, or story) + tag us + write a review.

📜 Terms & Conditions:

  • One reward per verified order. (Multiple orders? You can earn for each one!)
  • Reward codes will be issued as gift cards via email after content is verified.
  • Gift cards may not be used more than once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Posts must be public, include a visible tag to our account, and clearly feature St. John Mercantile merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to repost your content (with credit!) to our website or social media channels.
  • Abuse of the program (fake posts, repeated content, etc.) will void eligibility.

📬 How to Claim:

After you’ve posted, email us at stjohngenealogy@gmail.com or DM us on social media with your order number, email address, and a link to your post. Once we verify your content, you’ll receive your digital gift card by email within 3–5 business days.
