1. Physical Products (Apparel and Merchandise)
Our apparel products are printed on demand. As such:

Returns and refunds are only accepted for misprints, defects, or damage occurring during manufacturing or shipping.
- Issues with the quality of historical materials (e.g., faded or aged designs sourced from historical records) do not qualify for refunds or exchanges, as they are part of the product's intended design.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stjohngenealogy@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographic evidence may be required.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Services
Services offered through St. John Mercantile are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of specific outcomes. Because of the personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, services are non-refundable once rendered.
