This product is used to request TNG platform updates, mod installation, or custom mod development for the Ancestral Tapestry website.
Development work is billed at $150 per hour. Each purchase represents one hour of development time applied toward the requested system update or modification.
Services available through this request include:
- Updating the website to a new TNG version
- Installing existing TNG mods
- Updating or configuring installed mods
- Developing custom TNG mods
- Modifying existing mods to support new functionality
- Troubleshooting mod conflicts or compatibility issues
- Adjusting navigation or features affected by mods
- TNG administration training and guidance
Training sessions may include guidance on using the TNG Admin interface, managing users, importing GEDCOM files, installing mods, and performing system maintenance.
Before purchasing, please contact us to discuss the requested update so an estimated number of hours required can be provided. This helps ensure the appropriate amount of development time is purchased for the requested work.
TNG updates and mod installations may require testing and compatibility adjustments with the existing Template 801 framework and custom pages developed for the site.
If additional time is required beyond the purchased hour, additional development time may be purchased to complete the requested work.
Once development time is purchased and the requested changes are clearly defined, work will be scheduled and implemented accordingly.
