Blue Rabbit Mug (Handmade)

Crafted by hand, each stoneware mug by Christopher St. John is a functional piece of heritage—built with weight, texture, and durability in mind. Featuring the St. John mark integrated into the design, these mugs reflect both tradition and craftsmanship.

The Blue Rabbit glaze draws inspiration from the marsh crabs of coastal Texas, whose shells display rich brown and turquoise coloration. Carved surface details and layered glaze create depth and variation, giving each piece a distinct presence.

Stoneware offers a naturally earthy feel with a solid, substantial weight—well-suited for daily use. No two mugs are exactly alike; variations in surface, tone, and mark are part of the handmade process and what make each piece unique.

Each mug is made to order in small batches, ensuring careful attention to detail in every piece.

Fired to cone 6 oxidation, these mugs are food safe and suitable for both microwave and dishwasher use.
